About Hélène van Oudheusden
How it started
To the outside world, I seemed to have everything in order, and I tried to convince myself that I should be happy. My body, however, knew better, and in 2000, a burnout forced me to stop and let go of everything: work, family, and friendships.
How it changed
I started my inner search for who I was in essence and what I longed for. During the Psycho-Spiritual Healing training, I learned to reconnect with my core. On this journey, I rediscovered the flow of the subconscious. That is precisely where the key lies to the transformation I guide women through today.
How it is now
With over 30 years of international experience in personal transformation, I know how safe it is to trust your inner world - at work and in your private life. This will lead you to a sense of meaning and fulfillment that suits you perfectly. I am walking my own Heroine's Journey with courage, perseverance, and the trust that help is always available. I do not just listen to your words - I feel what you truly mean.
My home base is in the Netherlands (The Hague) and Greece, where I lead in-depth leadership retreats at mythological power sites.
Sources of inspiration: Ancient wisdom, psychology, spirituality, Goddess power, shamanism, and mythological transformation.
