Authentic Communication in School is a practical session about self-trust, speaking up, and staying connected — without losing yourself.
We often get confused and will go to great lenghts to “keep the relationship intact.” That can lead us to avoid conversations altogether, or to say things that don’t land the way we intended. Communicating in schools — with students, parents, and colleagues — is truly an art in itself.
It took me years to grow from avoiding or reacting too sharply, to using techniques that bring calm and create space — for the other person and for myself. That is where the most beautiful moments of connection arise.
