My heart goes out to children seeking their way in life while struggling with emotional burdens. It is difficult to grow up when you cannot yet (re)acknowledge your emotions. When you depend on what your parent(s), teachers and other adults say to you, while your intuition may indicate a different course of action. A child who feels at home in himself can take on the whole world.

I enjoy inspiring school leaders and teachers in multicultural schools in their important work. For 25 years I am supporting schools for children of refugees, migrant workers and/or expatriates in several countries.
